Ooh these look lovely Julie, l am definitely going to give these a go. Can I use anything intense of the coconut oil? Also could I make the apple sauce myself by just stewing some apples? Which protein powder is best, I am in UK?Any recommendations π Thanks Julie xx

Thank you! I really love these muffins! You could use avocado oil instead of coconut oil, and definitely homemade apple sauce would work. That would be really good! I used a protein powder by Clean Simple Eats. I like that brand a lot. I have a code with them to save money. Itβs JONES. I also like Pro Dough Bakery & Legion. They have great powders too.
