Hi! My name is Julie Jones, and I am a fitness and nutrition enthusiast. I have loved fitness and nutrition for over 25 years and am a certified personal trainer through N.A.S.M. I am also a certified Women’s Fitness Specialist, Certified Nutrition Coach, Weight Loss Specialist, Glute Specialist, Barre instructor, level 1 Herbalist,  and Dance Kinesiology Specialist. I am not an expert by any means, just a mom trying to stay healthy in a fast food world and help others. I am always striving to become stronger, grow my character, and lead by example for my family. I am an outgoing introvert who loves to move and be active. I am not the best at anything, but I love challenging myself in new ways. My goal is to age with POWER and STRENGTH!
