Setting up your home gym can be a fun experience but it can also be overwhelming. You might ask yourself, “What do I need?” “What is the most important items to add?” I am going to share a few of my favorites!
First off is a good mat. I love my mat and it gives me the support I need to keep my joints safe.

An absolute must is weights! I have adjustable and free weights. I love the the range of weight sizes I have with my adjustable weights, but they are an investment. Here are the ones I have:

Another must for me is a stability ball. I use mine all the time. Be sure to get the correct size. If you are taller than 5’7, get a 65 cm ball. If you are 5’7 and under, get a 55 cm ball. If you are under 5’2, get a 45 cm ball.
