Activate

Hi Everyone! My new program, Activate, is launching on September 4th! It is a 4 week program with 5 days of strength training (3 days upper body & 2 days lower body), plus cardio and core! 

Here is what you can expect:

30-40 minutes for strength workouts, 8-10 minutes for core & 15-25 minutes for cardio

Guided workouts through private Youtube link

Me as your personal trainer with tips to help you get stronger

Minimal equipment (weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, bench, stability ball, & plyo box *optional)

Calendar and crib sheets to follow program

private Facebook group for community 

We will be working upper body 3 days per week and lower body 2 days per week. One of the lower body days will be with weights and going heavy (modifications included) and one day will be knee friendly barre/pilates style legs with a resistance band or ankle weights. You can go at your own pace and take rest days as needed. 

There will be some cardio included in the program, but feel free to add your own cardio workout. I highly recommend walking!

These workouts are MY personal workouts and training style that I am sharing with you! I have trained this way for over 20 years and found it to be very effective for building lean muscle mass, improving muscular endurance, mobility, core strength, and making every day life easier. It is NOT a cardio based program, so if that is what you are looking for, this is not the program for you. My goal is to help you get STRONG, to age with POWER, and to feel your best! I believe that training should be about improving your strength and overall health, NOT about burning calories or being a certain size.
