New Program Coming

I have a new program coming soon! Progressive Strength will be releasing the beginning of August! It will be a 4 week program focusing on strength training, mobility and core work.

This program will focus on strength training with two upper body days, one mobility/stretch day, and two lower body days. There will also be a knee friendly lower body option for anyone who prefers not to squat or lunge. Every workout will include a warm-up & cool-down and diagrams of the muscles being worked.

As always, there will be crib sheets, a clickable calendar, and follow along video workouts.
