Naan bread is a great side dish for so many meals. It is also super easy to make! Try this healthy version and tell me what you think!
You will need just a few ingredients to make this bread. You need self-rising flour, non-fat greek yogurt, salt and garlic powder (optional). Easy peasy, right?!
Self-rising flour
Add 1 3/4 cup self-rising flour to a bowl.
Non-fat Greek yogurt
Then add 1 cup of non-fat greek yogurt.
Last thing you will add is 1/4 tsp salt & garlic powder.
Mix ingredients together to create a dough ball. Divide dough into 6-7 pieces and then form into small circles or rectangles.
Cook on the stove top over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
This recipe makes about 7 naan breads. You can make more or less depending on the size you create.
