New Programs Coming!

Fall is here and it is time for TWO new programs!!! These will be my last programs for 2023, so be sure to join me!

My first program launching in October is Sculpt & Burn! This 4 week program is focused on strength training with cardio and core sprinkled in. There are 5 workouts per week with day 5 being a total body Muscle Madness session. There is also a bonus day 6 workout and a few other fun ones thrown into the mix. In all there are 26 workouts to challenge you and reshape your body. This program launches on October 9th! For $19.99, you get the follow along, guided workouts accessed through a private YouTube link, crib sheets and a calendar to follow. Once you pay for it, it is yours to keep! You can do this program as many times as you want!

The second program coming is Knee & Hip Strength launching on October 16th. This 4 week program is designed to help you build stronger knees and hips through specific exercises that will target all of the muscles surrounding these areas. There are 5 workouts per week, each under 20 minutes, and include mobility and stretching in each workout. We will be using resistance bands, ankle weights, a chair or bench, and low step. This program is perfect for anyone who deals with knee and hip pain or weakness. You can do this program with any of my other programs or on its own. This program will cost $15.99 and includes follow along, guided workouts through a private YouTube link, crib sheets and a calendar.

If you have never worked out with me before, these are great programs to start with. You can also purchase any of my other programs too. My focus is building strength and lean muscle mass, sprinkling a little cardio (you can add your choice of cardio too), creating core strength and working smart. I want you to challenge yourself but in a safe way. Let’s AGE with power and strength!
